Quick Easy Crispy Green Chicken Kabab

Green chicken kabab or chicken fry is served as a starter or with any main course.

Every time I prepare Biryani at home my kids (twin daughters) keep coming inside the kitchen and say “BILYANI BILYANI”. And we know smelling food, especially “bilyani” makes you more hungry! So, I came up with this quick recipe of kebab to serve as a starter to my kids till I finished preparing Bilyani 😉

Ingredients

To Prepare Green Masala

  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice

Dry Ingredients

  • Maida / All purpose flour
  • Rice Flour
  • Corn Flour
  • Curry Leaves(optional)
  • Big Green Chilly Pieces

Instructions

Take Boneless Chicken Pieces

Prepare the green masala

Marinate with the masala

Just before frying add all the dry ingredients

Fry on medium heat till the chciken turns crispy

Serve with Donne Biryani, raita and soup or eat as a starter

Enjoy!

Notes

  • This Crispy Chicken Kababs can be made along with donne biryani. The green masala for both is the same!
  • Some people add eggs while frying. But,adding egg makes chicken fry soft. so i stick to the dry ingredients while deep frying these kababs.
