Quick & Easy Spicy Shankarpali

Shankarpali is by far the quickest and easiest snack that we can prepare especially during Diwali. But, I recommend preparing it in a large quantity so you don’t run out of it before Diwali !! Kids especially love shankarpali, as it is very crunchy, perfectly spiced and of course it’s fried! Whenever we make fresh snacks at home, it always tastes the best!
