Once you have created your free account on Swagbucks you can start earning points immediately, which can be redeemed for gift cards or cash.
Swagbucks pays its users SB points for doing simple online tasks such as playing games, watching videos, answering surveys, and using their search toolbar.

The easiest way to start earning is to switch your default search engine to Swagbucks (rather than Google or Bing). You’ll automatically start racking up points just for surfing the web like you normally do but using their browser instead.[You can even get 50 SBs instantly for opting]
You can expect to collect around 10–20 SB points for every 10 to 20 searches, but the final total will depend on the search queries. After six months of everyday searching, this can equate to around $100-$200.
2. Complete surveys and polls-
Here’s how it works: Brands and market research companies invite Swagbucks users to fill-out online surveys about products and services. When users complete a survey, Swagbucks pays its users between $0.05 and $2.50 (and sometimes as much as $25 – $35).
Answering paid surveys is one of the best ways to make money online with Swagbucks. To increase your chances of qualifying for more and better-paying surveys, make sure to complete your demographic profile fully and update it as and when required. Swagbucks sends surveys to you based on your demographic information.

5. Complete daily goals
On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a ‘to-do list’ with eight different daily tasks that the site recommends you complete.
